Speedy Wunderground is a record label founded by Dan Carey, Alexis Smith, and Pierre Hall. The label’s unique approach includes recording all releases in one day at Dan’s South London studio, with minimal overdubs to maintain a raw sound. Each recording will be limited to 250 7” vinyls and released as soon as possible after completion. Speedy Wunderground works quickly to minimize delays between recording and release, ensuring the records don’t gather dust on shelves. At the end of each year, the label compiles that year’s recordings into an album.
